What is Zustrieach?

Zustrieach is a marketplace that brings fabric suppliers, tailors, delivery partners and customers together on one platform, in your own neighbourhood.

Made-to-measure clothes usually mean a trip to a fabric shop, another to the tailor, and a long wait. With Zustrieach it is one order on your phone: you choose the cloth, get measured, a nearby tailor stitches it, and it reaches you within 48 hours of payment.

Four groups use the platform: customers who order, tailors who stitch, fabric suppliers who sell cloth, and delivery partners who move everything in between.

    Choose your fabric

    Browse fabrics from nearby suppliers with photos, colour, width and composition.

    Pick the garment and measure

    Shirts, trousers, kurtas, blouses and more. Scan yourself or enter your measurements.

    A nearby tailor stitches it

    The nearest tailor is asked first. If they cannot take it, the next one is. If nobody accepts, you are refunded in full.

    Delivered to your door

    A delivery partner brings the fabric to your tailor and your finished clothes to you. You share a delivery code to receive them.

Nearby fabrics come first. Each shows several photos and texture details, colour, width, composition and price per metre. Shops farther away are still listed.

Choose what to stitch

Pick the garment you want, such as a shirt, trousers, kurta or blouse, and add your preferences for it.

Measure yourself on your phone

Scan with the camera, or type your measurements. See them in inches or centimetres. They are saved in your account for next time.

A tailor close to you

Tailors near you are shown with their ratings. If one cannot take your order, it moves on to the next nearest.

Pay online and follow your order

Pay once, online. Follow your order from accepted to stitching, quality check, pickup and delivery, with a notification at each step.

Receive it with a delivery code

When your clothes arrive, you share a code with the delivery partner, so they reach the right person.

Also in the app: sign in with your phone, unlock with fingerprint or face, English, Telugu and Hindi, and the choice to delete your account at any time.

For tailors

Fill your day with orders from people nearby.

  • Orders go to the nearest tailors first.
  • Set your shop location, pause when you are busy, and choose how many orders you take at once.
  • Accept or decline each order. If you do not answer in time, it moves to the next tailor.
  • See the customer's measurements in inches or centimetres, and update the order as you stitch.
  • Your earnings go to an in-app wallet. Ask for a payout to your bank account whenever you like.
  • Create a tailor account in the Zustrieach app to get started.

For fabric suppliers

Show your cloth to customers who live close to you.

  • List each fabric with photos, price per metre, stock and details. A fabric needs at least three photos before customers can see it.
  • Customers near your shop see your fabrics first.
  • Save your shop location and pickup address, so riders collect from the right place.
  • Follow your orders and your earnings on the supplier website, and ask for payouts to your bank account.
  • Upload your GST certificate so our team can approve your business.

  • Go online when you are ready to work, and see delivery jobs near you.
  • If nobody nearby takes a job, it is shown to riders farther away.
  • Collect fabric from the supplier and take it to the tailor, then collect the finished clothes and deliver them to the customer.
  • Ask the customer for their delivery code to complete the drop.

How the money works

    You pay once, online

    Your total shows the fabric, the stitching, GST and the delivery fee, so you see what you are paying for before you pay.

  2. 2

    Tailors and suppliers earn into a wallet

    Money for the stitching goes to the tailor and money for the cloth goes to the supplier. Each can ask for a payout to their bank account, and our team checks and sends it.

  3. 3

    Zustrieach earns a commission on the fabric

    We take a commission on the fabric part of each order. It comes out of the supplier's payout, not on top of your price.

  4. 4

    A flat delivery fee

    A flat delivery fee is added to each order for moving the fabric to your tailor and your finished clothes to you.

  5. 5

    If it does not work out, you are refunded

    If no tailor accepts your order, you get your money back in full.

At most 48 hours from the moment your payment succeeds. Earlier is welcome.

What if no tailor accepts my order?

Yes. Scan with your phone or type them in, in inches or centimetres.

How is my tailor chosen?

By distance first, then rating. Tailors who are busy or paused are skipped.

Do I pay extra for delivery?

A flat delivery fee is part of your total. You see it before you pay.

How do tailors and suppliers get paid?

Their earnings go to a wallet in the app. They ask for a payout and our team sends it to their bank account.

Which languages does the app support?

English, Telugu and Hindi.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from the app, or by following the steps on our legal pages.
